Refund policy

CBN will accept merchandise in its original condition for a refund of the purchase price when accompanied by the original invoice. Return merchandise must be post marked within 15 days from the date of delivery to crenshawbynature.com. We inspect all returned items and will refund you based on the condition of the item. We will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or defective product.
